| Vault Conditions:The seismometer is located in the basement of a small wooden building. The seismometer is sitting on a concrete pier poured on bedrock in a small (4m2) thermally insulated "henhouse". The henhouse does not touch the building surrounding it. Temperature and humidity are not coompletely stable as the Ittoqqortoormiit climate is quite extreme. | |
